You can earn points by making a purchase, writing reviews for products, and simply logging in. 100 points can be redeemed as $1 code which can be accumulated. Whenever you are ready to redeem your points, simply contact us, and we will provide you the code which can be applied in the checkout process.
You can earn 1 point by every dollar you spend on the merchandise. Writing a review of your purchase gives you 10 points. And simply logging in gives you 3 points daily.

How will I be refunded ?Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), and until further notice, LURE will be extending its return policy for 30 additional days. Accordingly, merchandise returns within 120 days of purchase with the original receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 120 days, merchandise may be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. We will provide updated notice on this webpage at least 14 days prior to our elimination of this extended time period for returns. All other provisions of the return policy still apply. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

How do I return an online purchase by mail?Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), and until further notice, LURE is amending its return policy as follows: Returning Store and Online Merchandise in Stores. LURE is not currently accepting the return of product in stores. Customers who made purchases in store (including curbside pickup purchases) or online on or after December 17, 2019 will be able to return merchandise in stores with an original receipt for a refund in the original form and amount of payment for 60 days after a majority of our North American stores reopen and begin accepting returns. Of course, customers who purchased items more recently will be able to return merchandise in stores with an original receipt for a refund in the original form and amount of payment for 90 days from their receipt date once stores reopen and begin accepting returns. Returning Online Merchandise by Mail. LURE continues to accept the return of merchandise purchased online by mail in the United States and has extended its return policy for online product for 30 additional days. Accordingly, within 120 days of purchase, customers will be able to return, by mail, merchandise purchased online by following the procedures for returning online merchandise by mail. After the expiration of the above-listed timeframes for return, merchandise may be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. We will provide updated notice on this webpage at least 14 days prior to our elimination or alteration of this extended time period for returns. All other provisions of the return policy still apply.

Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
